wysteria is a creative explorer straddling cultures and places, mind and body, landscapes and disciplines. Passionate in exploring the animacy of matter through the living human body, her creative processes extend beyond the stages of theater and dance, often into the territories of more-than-human ecosystems. 
Her love for nature serves as the fertile ground for her multidisciplinary ecological art practices, which explore the rich intersection of embodied practices, environmental philosophy, and ecological thinking. As a steward of this breathing planet, she seeks to attend to relational work in communities through empowering collective embodied responses, and is dedicated to engaging with emergent processes and spaces that examines decolonial approaches to land, knowledge sharing, and solidarity. 
Although she had started to dance as soon as she could crawl, an immune dysregulation during her early childhood years caused her to withdraw from the simple joys of expressive art. After more than two decades of healing, working with Ian Wang, a Taiwanese composer for the first time, this debut song bestowed an opportunity to continue to reclaim and nurture neglected aspects of herself: her voice, Chinese identity, and femininity. She deeply believes the human body to be a vessel of metamorphosis and exchange, and desires to share this transmutational potential through movement and music.

紫瑶是一位跨文化和地域、思想和身体、景观和学科的创意探索者。她热衷于透过活生生的人体探索物质的生命力，她创作常常超越戏剧和舞蹈的舞台，进入活跃的生态系统领域。
