Graduale Nobili, established in 2000. The choir is composed of 24 girls aged 18 to 27 years, selected from among those who have sung with Gradualekór Langholtskirkja. All kórfélagar have pursued or completed music studies. 
The choir drew enormous attention immediately and was guest critics after the first independent concert so acclaimed that may be considered rare. 
The choir won second place in the "European youth choirs race" in Kalundborg in Denmark in 2001 and released a CD of the same year. Graduale Nobili began in 2003 in international choral competition in Tampere in Finland and won the gold medal there two or second place. 
He represented Iceland in the Nordic church music tournament in Denmark in 2004. 
Choir concerts Broadcasting for EU radio stations in December 2007 and in 2008 the choir released the CD In Paradise but it only Icelandic work, some of them produced a My sanctuary. In Paradise was nominated for the Icelandic Music and Cultural DV. 
The summers of 2009 and 2010, the choir participated in the international choral competition in Llangollen in Wales and won the first time the silver class chamber choirs and bronze in the Women's category and the second silver class barbershop / Close Harmony and bronze in the category of chamber choirs.
