Second Thought是由Ross贝克电子音乐项目于1999年开始。

Second Thought is an electronic music project by Ross Baker begun in 1999.  
 
After several years of recording, debut album Purlieu was released in 2004 to critical acclaim. 2007's follow-up, Vacuum Road Songs, replaced the debut's wet and windy ambient textures with breakbeats, glitches and more sombre ambient moments. 
2010 saw the release of a series of experimental EPs and side projects, ranging from dark ambient drones and sound collages to harsh noise walls and lo-fi acoustic songs.  
The third full length recording, Safernoc, is complete and due for release in early 2011. Less conceptual and more free-flowing than the first two albums, Safernoc instead focusses on electronic pulses, piano and string arrangements, and slow moving melancholia, lending the record a more haunting feel and a return to a pastoral sound after Vacuum Road Songs's rhythmic textures.
