Hatemagick is an industrial, electro, aggrotech EBM music act. Out from the cold forest of northern Norway this act suddenly emerged late 2010 to explode into the underground of industrial electro music. With his dark visions of grandeur the maker of this band, Jon Andre Lundal, wants to use his musick to channel the energy of all previous lifetimes combined into the making of a new reality for himself and others. If the music sounds alien and aggressive, there’s nothing wrong with you, everything is as it should be. Open up your mind to another frequency, the frequency of all-encompassing Hatemagick.

Jon Andre Lundal was born and raised in northern Norway, near the North Cape, 71 degrees north. His soul and temperament was shaped by the nature forces that dominate this area. Northern lights, winters in utter darkness and frequent snow storms are all in his music for those that listen well.

The day he was born, the eighth of february 1986, there were auroral storms the likes of which not even God had seen before. Halley’s comet visited the earth the same day to announce the grandiose reincarnation of one of the world’s greatest masters. A reincarnation of Aleister Crowley, Eliphas Levi, Ramesses II he is. But the greatest of all – the future – is yet to come…

Eight is the number which is closest to his soul, hence the first album’s name. Eight is infinity, recurrence, change, the snake shedding its skin every year to become new. For this is what he has done all his life so far – shed the skin to feed the fake.
