Corridors of Loneliness

I am alone in the crowds, silent, It floats like a shadow, a trace in my heart. My feelings are deep, in an unreachable place, I feel lost in the corridors of loneliness.

Silence at every corner, sadness at every step, A drop of tear in my eyes, a great emptiness inside me. As if the world is turning, I stand still, Loneliness in my heart, a deep and silent sea.

Stars shine at night, telling of my loneliness, Each one a hope, but cannot be touched, far away. I cannot find myself, lost in this darkness, In the arms of loneliness, silent and restless.

I search for a whisper, a voice, a breath, But only the emptiness inside me echoes. In these moments when I feel alone, I hold on to the light of hope, I overcome loneliness.
